Alpha Investment Management Partners is a corporate and quantitative finance
student-run organization at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
We conduct monthly financial due diligence by producing industry trend reports and company analyses using Discounted Cash Flow valuation models to determine target prices. Our projects involve following up on M&A activities, including private equity, venture capital, leveraged buyouts, and PIPE deals.
We engage in quantitative research by utilizing mathematical and statistical methods to uncover stock and crypto market alpha opportunities. Projects include rigorous backtesting and the development of trading strategies, providing hands-on experience in quantitative analysis in finance.
You will gain valuable financial insights and prepare for internships in financial firms
while also engaging in extensive networking opportunities with other prestigious colleges.
