We have forgotten how to bake household staples. Now is the time to remember. Our organization serves to teach Illinois how to bake the traditional recipies that have fallen out of practice and relearn the difference in quality between store-bought and homemade.
You will be surprised at how easy it is to bake an artisan loaf of bread, a beautiful focaccia, hotdog buns, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, bagels, garlic bread, milk bread, and more.
So join our union and learn how to make quality baked goods. In the Spring semester, we'll have plenty of free (or close to free) workshops demonstrating how to make many of the baked goods listed above.
