Website Mission

Mission
The purpose of this organization is to provide University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign students a
collaborative and educational environment to expand on skills learned in the classroom and to
develop real world experiences both outside and inside of engineering. This goal is pursued by
bringing together students of different scientific, engineering, artistic, business, and personal
backgrounds and uniting them behind a common mission of designing, building, and competing a
fully electric open wheeled race car in an intercollegiate design competition sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers.
