The purpose of this body shall be:
A. To promote interest in the study of linguistics.
B. To provide fellowship among students interested in the academic study of language.
C. To represent undergraduate student needs and wants in regard to their academics administered by the Department of Linguistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
