Mission
The purpose of the STYL Project shall be to establish a foundation for individuals
with a passion for fashion. Our goal is to provide access to resources, expert guidance, and
valuable connections for individuals looking to pursue a career in fashion design and branding,
or enhance their interest in the field. Through our inclusive social media platform, we will
increase visibility and foster a community of like-minded individuals and entrepreneurs. Our
objective is to create a dynamic and inclusive atmosphere that cultivates the shared passion for
fashion, and acts as a launch pad for brands and individuals to enter the world of fashion.
STYL Project is willing to abide by all University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
policies and guidelines, especially relating to on or off campus activities which our organization
may sponsor or in which we may participate.

As a member, you’ll have the unique opportunity to craft new products such as phone charms, t-shirts, home decorations, and other stylish handmade items. Whether you're an experienced creator or just starting out, this is a space to explore your creative side and develop hands-on crafting skills while working on exciting projects.

Beyond crafting, being part of STYL connects you with like-minded individuals who share a passion for fashion and design. You’ll build friendships, collaborate on projects, and exchange style inspirations with others who appreciate self-expression through fashion. Additionally, you’ll expand your crafting knowledge, learning new techniques and DIY methods to enhance your skills. Our thrifting events are another exciting perk—swap out your wardrobe for fresh looks while also giving back to the community by donating clothes to those in need. By joining STYL, you’re not only embracing creativity but also supporting sustainable fashion and making a positive impact!
