About Us
Dragon Strength at UIUC serves as to provide a supportive and empowering fitness community for international and Asian students at UIUC. Our mission is to promote physical and mental well-being through strength training, group workouts, and fitness education. By fostering an inclusive and encouraging environment, we help students build confidence in the gym sittings, relieve academic stress, and develop lifelong healthy habits. Through workshops, social events, and peer support, we aim to bridge cultural gaps in fitness participation and create a space where students can grow stronger together—both physically and mentally.
