About Us

The mission of NextGen Finance Initiative is to expand financial literacy, economic mobility, and sustainable decision-making within our community. We provide accessible, culturally relevant education on money management, credit, investing, housing, and everyday resource use so that students, families, and adults can build long-term financial stability and independence. We integrate real-world issues from diverse fields, such as business, hospitality, the arts, and social systems, to show how economic choices and sustainability impact every career path and everyday life. Through hands-on workshops, peer learning, and community partnerships, we create a collaborative environment where learners develop practical skills, critical thinking, and leadership. By empowering individuals to understand systems, advocate for themselves, and make informed financial and lifestyle decisions, NextGen Finance Initiative supports generational wealth, community resilience, and a more sustainable future.
