Good Evening Team,
What a weekend! We had a wonderful start to the semester at Illinois College this past Saturday. We now have a starting place to bounce off of.
If you're interested in hearing about the results, prepare for the meet write-up coming out this week from Webmaster Adam Lupatkin! Additionally, Head Coach Ryan Fredericks will announce the "Athlete of the Meet" for the event groups on Tuesday!
Although there isn't a meet this weekend, the workouts will prepare us for the meets that matter most: Club Relays & NIRCA Nationals. Let's work!
BTW: 34 days until Club Relays: the premier indoor NIRCA track meet!

Media Day 📷
The second annual Media Day will be taking place this upcoming Tuesday, January 28th at 9:00pm in the Armory!
Please make sure to sign up with the form below. Once you have filled out the form, feel free to sign up for a slot on the spreadsheet linked at the end of the form.
We’re going to start with a team photo around 9:05 - 9:10ish, so please try to be on time! From there, we will break into event groups, we will have 2 stations to keep things moving, and will have chances for everyone to get a professional headshot style photo, a fun photo, and also time for photos with teammates!
Please make sure to bring your uniform, if you don’t have one yet, we will have them for you to get for the night and the rest of the season.
