Join the staff of the Women's Resources Center as we discuss "Disability Intimacy: Essays on Love, Care, and Desire" edited by Alice Wong. During our conversations, we will discuss selected essays from the text that explore the numerous ways sexual liberation intersects with disability justice, including disabled sexual discovery, disabled love stories, and disabled joy.

Can't read the whole book in term? No problem! During our discussion we will be focusing on 3 short essays:

"Know Me Where It Hurts: Sex, Kink, and Cerebral Palsy"
"Pleasure is the Point: On Becoming a Pleasure Activist"
"Disabled Queer Love Exists"
Book discussion will take place at the Women's Resources Center on Friday, September 20th, from 4 - 5 PM at the Women's Resources Center (616 E Green St, Suite #213).

Limited copies of the book are available on a first come, first serve basis by request.
