About Us
Our mission is to build a community on campus that appreciates African culture, through social activities that engage students in issues of Africa and the African Diaspora; to actively contributing to the advancement of Africa and the African Diaspora by engaging in community service and fundraising events, and to educate the UIUC community about current issues that affect Africa and to dispel myths and stereotypes about the land and its people (descendants).
