The Cheese Club at UIUC serves to promote the cultural and educational significance of cheese, to introduce students to the diverse cheese-making traditions around the world, foster appreciation and understanding through meetings, tastings, and events, and create an accessible space for learning and collaboration, all in the belief that cheese has the power to connect people across cultures and deepen our understanding of the world.
