The Illini Solar Car team from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign harnesses the skills from a diverse group of students in engineering and non-engineering fields in pursuit of creating the world’s best solar electric vehicle. Through hands-on, interdisciplinary work that fosters real-world applications, we spark sustainable thinking by designing and building a road-legal car to compete in international competitions.
