The Electronic Music Club operates on the basis of three core pillars: Production, Performance, and Community. Open to electronic music producers, DJs, and EDM enthusiasts of all skill levels, EMC strives to provide exciting and meaningful opportunities for all things electronic music.
Opportunities include DJ and music production workshops for all skill levels, DJ performance showcases, exclusive artist call-ins / interviews, community events, and even the potential to open for headline performers at the Canopy Club (Urbana-Champaign's premiere music venue). Previous opportunities have allowed our DJs to open for highly prominent musical acts such as BUNT., Flux Pavilion, Valentino Khan, Twinsick, and KREAM. Exclusive call-ins / interviews have afforded us the ability to speak directly with acts such as Twinsick, Zingara, Ravenscoon, Tvboo, SubDocta, Cofresi, Dogma, and Lunar Riot.
