The High School Visitation is an opportunity for high school seniors who have been admitted to the Grainger College of Engineering to participate in an immersive weekend experience that includes campus tours, hands-on demos, and networking with faculty as well as current NSBE members. Travelling, accommodations, and meals are fully covered by NSBE!
From April 17th-19th, our chapter hosted 14 high school students at our Spring High School Visitation! The High School Visitation this year transcended all expectations, introducing an Engineering Design Challenge, Study Abroad Panel, Alumni Dinner, Tour around campus and much more! On October 4, we hosted our Fall High School Visitation (HSV) in collaboration with Explore Grainger, the UIUC Grainger College of Engineering, and SHPE-UIUC.
