About Us
Rocky Horror UIUC serves to host semesterly screenings of The Rocky Horror Picture Show (RHPS) on campus. Since the 1970s, theaters have screened RHPS with shadow casts reenacting the film in real time before a lively audience. Rocky Horror UIUC screenings feature a shadow cast performed and put on by students. Students will have the opportunity to be in either/both the cast or/and production team and engage in a collaborative process to host The Rocky Horror Picture Show for our campus community. Rocky Horror UIUC offers students a space to be creative and contribute regardless of prior theater experience. We are here to spread our love of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and have fun doing it.
