The Women in CEE RSO empowers tomorrow’s innovators in the field of civil and environmental engineering. It provides professional, academic, and social support to unite women and non-male-identifying individuals in civil and environmental engineering. It is dedicated to creating an inclusive community by collaborating with industry leaders and educational institutions. We aim to create positive change and create an environment where everyone can succeed.
Active members of WCEE get a variety of benefits. Firstly, they gain access to our club's mentorship program, which pairs an upperclassman with a younger member to support them on campus. They get discounted admission for events that require payment. Active members will be put into our resume booklet as well, which is sent to our company sponsors every year.
