The East African Community Club (EACC) at UIUC is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where East African students can connect with others who share their values, traditions, and customs. EACC serves as a vibrant community that fosters cultural exchange through various activities, including culinary exchanges, academic support, and engaging events. That cater to the improvement of our members physical and emotional health. The club's mission is to provide East African students with a sense of belonging, offering a "home away from home" where they can celebrate and share their heritage. EACC is open to individuals from all backgrounds, thriving on the diversity of its members, and ensuring that the rich cultures and traditions of the Horn of Africa have a prominent place on the University of Illinois campus.
