The purpose of Mu Epsilon Delta is three-fold: To encourage excellence in health science scholarship by promoting a holistic model of healthcare by fostering cooperation and collaboration between various pre-health disciplines, educators, and professionals. To establish brotherhood among students interested in similar career paths by enriching the student experience, bolstering professional networks, and inspiring personal growth. To serve the local, national, and global communities by organizing fundraisers, engaging in volunteering, and advocating for people in need.
