Access

Student Access
Access is available to students enrolled in at least one credit hour for the current or upcoming fall or spring semester. Below are a few key items to keep in mind regarding access:

• Summer and winter courses do not qualify for access.
• If you are enrolled and cannot access your account after waiting twenty-four (24) hours, email one@illinois.edu with your name, UIN, and the date you enrolled for classes.

Faculty & Staff Access
Access is granted to faculty and staff on an as-needed basis determined by OneIllinois Administration. This includes those who manager departmental groups. For questions regarding access, please email one@illinois.edu.

Administrator access is provided only when needed and upon request. It requires approval from both the department’s primary contact and the OneIllinois Primary Administrator.

• To request access, a current administrator must submit the OneIllinois Administrator Request form. Click here to access the form.
• This access is not available to students. Students should refer to the User Access section above.
